The guarantee

If we find neither a 20% battery gain nor a connectivity fix, there is no fee. This holds provided we receive the devices and information agreed at the scoping call.

The fee is credited in full against a fix implementation booked within 60 days.

Who this is for

Companies with battery-powered LTE-M, NB-IoT or 2G/3G devices in the field and no dedicated cellular expert. The symptoms are familiar:

• Rated battery life is never reached
• Devices go offline on certain operators, or in poor coverage
• Field performance is far worse than the bench predicted
• Nobody can say whether PSM and eDRX are actually working
• OTA updates are avoided because they feel risky

What we need from you

Three to five devices running your current firmware, the modem configuration or read access to the firmware, field logs if you have them, and the operators and countries involved.

Your own effort is about two hours in total.
